Activated Almonds (Organic, Raw) - 100g, 200g & 500g

To ‘activate,’ or sprout, these almonds, they have been gently soaked in filtered water, which improves their bio-availability and digestibility. After releasing the nuts’ enzyme inhibitors, the activated almonds are rinsed and dehydrated below 45 degrees.  This gives the almonds an almost roasted taste but maintains the nutritive qualities traditionally associated with almonds.
