If you use cashews for making homemade cashew mylk, bliss balls, cashew cheese, raw deserts, granola, nut butter, energy bars, and sprinkling on oatmeal or on top of salads - or in anything that requires you to smash your precious whole cashews into bits, why not give our new large cashew nut pieces a try. They are considerably more economical than there whole cashew siblings.
Cashews have a rich, creamy flavour and so it is often eaten on its own. The cashew nut is not as hard as other nuts. Like all nuts, cashews are an excellent source of protein and fibre. It is also rich in heart-healthy monounsaturated fats and a good source of potassium, B vitamins and folate. A staple of vegan diets, cashews are also great for baking and as an ingredient in many Asian dishes.
