Baking Soda is a white crystalline powder and by definition, does not contain aluminium.  It is 100% pure sodium bicarbonate and is not to be confused with baking powder which may contain aluminium sulphate.  If you are wanting to shift away from buying lots of different chemical based, highly packaged cleaning goods, Bicarbonate of Soda (or Baking Soda) is a great place to start..
