1. Soak your choice of seeds or nuts

2. Rinse, add water then blend

These bags are made from premium, sustainably produced, certified organic, unbleached Indian cotton and are 100% biodegradable. There are 3 bags in each box, with each measuring 23.5cm x 30cm.

You can use your nut milk just as you would any milk – in smoothies, hot drinks on cereal, in baking or just as it is! For delicious creamy milk try blending your almond milk with a teaspoon of coconut nectar, a teaspoon of coconut oil and a pinch of salt.
Did you know that there is a much calcium in 1/4 cup of sesame seeds as there is in an entire glass of milk. Why not give your nut milk a calcium boost and throw a handful of sesame seeds into the blend.
This bag can also be used for juicing (celery juice is a favourite), to make home-made cheese or for sprouting sprouts.
