Organic Vanilla Extract - 35ml (contains the vanilla bean)

Pure vanilla extract is a concentrated liquid made from the natural vanilla bean. It is commonly used as a flavouring agent in a variety of sweet dishes, including cakes, cookies, ice cream, and custards.

When you buy the 35ml essence jar, remember every time you use it, you can top it up with clear, pure alcohol (approx.4-6 times). Let the split bean pod inside the jar keep releasing its flavour and age as you go. You will know all the flavour has been extracted when the colour of the added alcohol stops turning brown.
