100% Pumpkin,,,Pumpkin flour is nutritious and flavourful and it’s a great addition to baked goods, including paleo and gluten-free recipes. Add Pumpkin Flour to your favorite pancake, muffin, or brownie recipe! It's also a hit in soups and smoothies.

Just swap out some of your normal flour for nutrient-dense Pumpkin Flour (I reckon up to approximately 25% works well).  It is an excellent dietary source of minerals like copper, calcium, potassium and phosphorus and magnesium, nutrients that are essential for heart health and muscle recovery.   

When you want to add pumpkin to a recipe, simply rehydrate your pumpkin powder into pumpkin puree. Just add 4 parts of water to 1 part of pumpkin flour. Let the water and pumpkin flour mixture sit for about 20 minutes as it reconstitutes into pumpkin puree.

The dried flour can also be used without reconstituting in water by adding it directly to soups, stews and even gravy. Use some pumpkin flour to add a bit of thickening and a wonderful, robust flavour to soups.
