Non-organic, natural, whole, with pits, high quality, chilled dates.

Grown at an altitude of 1200 metres in the mountainous Bam region of Iran. Mazafati dates are known as the Pearl of Persia.  These dates are sweet in taste and have a soft flesh. They can be eaten as they are but are also often pitted and stuffed with other foods such as nuts, fruits or cream cheese. They can also be baked into a range of sweet and savoury dishes including cakes or breads. Dates contain high levels of potassium, fibre and other essential vitamins and minerals.

They have not been treated with any preservatives.
