Linguine is a form of pasta – like fettuccine and spaghetti. It is about 4 millimetres in width, which is wider than spaghetti but not as wide as fettuccine. Spelt is the ancient grain at the helm of the grain family which has been a prime source of nutrition for humanity over the centuries. This organic, wholemal spelt linguini is rich in vitamins A, B, C & E, iron, calcium, bran and vegetable fibre.
