Almonds - Premium Grade (Natural, Whole, Australian) - 500g or 1kg

Healthy and oval-shaped with a hard crunch, our Whole Almonds have a rich, strong nutty flavour.  High in monounsaturated fats as well as vitamin E, almonds help to lower your cholesterol, lower blood sugar and improve skin health. These hearty nuts also make for an amazing guilt-free snack.


They are natural, high quality whole almonds from the Olam Farms in Australia.  Unpasteurised, not irradiated.

  • Snack on these raw, delicious, sweet almonds, just the way they are, or give these ideas a try...
  • They can also be ground down and used in baking or added to energy bar recipes for a lovely marzipan flavour.
  • We like to use organic almonds to make a rich almond milk. Home-made milk, with around 12% almonds is far superior to what you can buy in the shops which often only contains 2% almonds, plus it's free from additives and preservatives.
  • There are many options for using the almond pulp left over from almond milk making... crackers are one of my favourites or alternatively you can soak it with your overnight oats, a delicious and nutritious way to start the day!

Most people are aware of their health benefits but less are aware that soaking almonds can unlocks even more benefits and makes them easier to digest. Soaking almonds increases the amount of nutrients and vitamins our body absorbs from the nut.
