Cashew Nut Pieces (Organic) - 2.5kg

Organic cashew nut pieces are broken in the farming process and are seen as a by-product.  These pieces are broken but delicious and are great if you don’t mind imperfection.  They are also a good choice if you want to save some money when shopping organically.  Cashew pieces are perfect for milk, cashew cheese, curries, raw desserts or nut butter.  

Like all nuts, cashews are an excellent source of protein and fibre. It is also rich in heart-healthy monounsaturated fats and a good source of potassium, B vitamins and folate. A staple of vegan diets, cashews are also great for baking and as an ingredient in many Asian dishes.
