Ceres Sesame Seeds (Unhulled, Organic) - 400g or 800g
Sesame seeds are rich in magnesium, copper and calcium, and contain vitamins B1 and A. They're a good source of dietary fibre and monounsaturated fats. These tiny gems add a nutty taste and a delicate crunch to many dishes across the world. Add them to cereals and baked goods, or toast and grind to make a nutritious tahini spread.
These sesame seeds are unhulled, which means their outer covering or hulls have not been removed during the manufacturing process. In comparison, hulled sesame seeds are those which have had their husks removed.
