Ceres Ponzu Sauce (Citrus, Organic) - 250ml

Ponzu Sauce is a tasty, tangy seasoning that combines shoyu, rice vinegar and mirin (rice cooking wine) with the highly nutritious citrus juices of the sudachi and yuzu fruits. It has a very distinctive taste that covers the flavour spectrum; it can be salty, bitter, sweet, and sour all at once. 


Often used as a dipping sauce, or to flavour soups and entrees.  Alternatively, whisk with a little oil for a tasty dressing suitable for salads and stir-fries.



Ingredients: Shoyu* (Water, Whole Soybeans*, Whole Wheat*, Sea Salt, Koji Aspergillus Oryzae*), Mirin* (Sweet Rice*, Water, Rice*), Brown Rice Vinegar* (Water, Brown Rice*, Koji Aspergillus Oryzae*), Yuzu Juice*(Japanese Citrus Fruit*), Kombu Seaweed* (*Certified Organic)
