A naturally dairy free alternative for those who love the taste of sweetened condensed milk. It can be used in any recipe calling traditional sweetened condensed milk. It's great in baking, desserts, and beverages - smoothies, hot chocolates, as well as tea and coffee. It can also be chilled/frozen and whipped into topping or ice-cream!
Free from additives, preservatives and deliciously creamy, it is vegan, gluten free, lactose free and has a great coconut flavour.

How Interesting...
- Coconut milk that doesn't separate, requires a whole load of additives to keep it looking this way. So you see this separation is a good thing, all you need to do is mix it back together... Simply give the can a good shake or stir. No emulsifiers necessary!
Storage
- This product may separate (i.e. the cream and the milk) and possibly solidify in cool temperatures but will melt when warmed. This has no effect on flavour or quality. Once opened, put unused product in a non-metallic container and refrigerate. Use within two days.
