Italy's favourite bean! Rich in magnesium, fibre, iron and folate. These beans have a silky texture and mild creamy flavour. One of the most versitile of the pulses, cannellini beans keep their shape during slow cooking, add creaminess to risotto, and go really well in bean stews and cold salads but are versatile in a range of recipes, plus make a great blended dip.

Also known as "Italian white kidney beans" because they resemble kidney beans in size and shape, but are creamy off-white in colour.
