Italy's favourite bean! Rich in magnesium, fibre, iron and folate. These beans have a silky texture and mild creamy flavour. One of the most versitile of the pulses, cannellini beans keep their shape during slow cooking, add creaminess to risotto, and make a lovely addition to bean salads.
Also known as "Italian white kidney beans" because they resemble kidney beans in size and shape, but are creamy off-white in colour.
