Organic Dried Apricots are a completely different product to their non-organic friends (and so much more delicious!) In fact, they look and taste like a different dried fruit altogether! Non-organic dried apricots appear orange because they are preserved with sulphur. The organic ones are unsulphured so appear brown in colour and have a different texture.
