Bulk Dried Apricots (organic, dried unsulphured) - 3kg or 12.5kg

Organic Dried Apricots are a completely different product to their non-organic friends. They look and taste like a different dried fruit altogether and if you haven’t tried them before we are sure you will agree that they are far more delicious. Non-organic dried apricots appear orange because they are preserved with sulphur. The organic ones are unsulphured so appear brown in colour and have a different texture.

We snack on them just as they are or use them as we use raisins... chop them into muesli, porridge or trail mix.
Apricots are a great savoury food booster. We love to use them in Moroccan stews, spiced Indian rice dishes.
If you soak dried apricots they will become plump and can be used to make moist cakes and fruit loaves. They are also excellent in jams, chutneys and other preserves.
