We love all things coconut for their nutrition and delicious flavour.  Organic coconut chips are a great high protein/good fat snack to have on the go.  They are made from the white flesh of the coconut, that has been dehydrated at low temperatures.

High sugar snacks can leave you feeling tired so coconut offers a great balance.  You can make a great trail mix with coconut chips, nuts, seeds, and dried fruit.  If you like baking then our organic coconut chips can add a tropical feel to most recipes.
