Enjoy Me...

  • To Make Coconut Whipped Cream: Chill can overnight in the refrigerator to harden (chilling in the freezer doesn’t work as well). Scoop out hardened coconut cream into a mixing bowl and leaving any clear liquid behind (reserve for smoothies, etc.). Whipping with a hand mixer or stand mixer until light peaks form.
  • Transfer leftover coconut milk to an airtight container and refrigerate for up to five days. You can also freeze leftover coconut milk, but it will separate when defrosted.

How Interesting...

  • Being organic this coconut cream doesn't have any artificial stuff to keep it as a cohesive liquid, natural separation may occur (as it should!). Cool temperatures may can cause it to separate and the top layer harden, but this won’t affect taste or quality – just warm it up.
