Purebread's original and ever popular Organic Purebread loaf with succulent honeycomb texture and flavour. Big Mamma is naturally fermented in two risings over hours that helps break down the complex carbohydrates. Firstly the soy flour is fermented to improve it's digestibility and to unlock the valuable protein, vitamins and minerals. The complete dough is then fermented, doubling in size over hours which breaks down the complex carbohydrates, making it much more digestible.  This not only enhances the flavour, but also results in much better digestion.

With the goodness of rolled oats providing thiamine, iron and dietary fibre, Original Purebread is a mighty nutritious bread for the whole family. All grown using sustainable farming practices that nurture and protect our land and planet. Because Big Mamma is certified organic, it is free from those nasty pesticides and herbicides common in non organic varieties so PESTICIDE FREE!
