We are very excited to be able to offer this new and unique product where feedback tells us that you would not know they are gluten free. There are three very delicious varieties: Turkish, Garlic and Rosemary that are all very versatile.  

Great from the chiller or freezer. Note: Even though they may feel hard after chilling they will revitalise to their soft, fresh-baked texture like magic.  After cooking many of these at shows, we find the best and quickest way to prepare our Flatties is to cook them full term in the toaster or until deliciously crispy.  Using a serrated knife and sawing action, slice the length you want, then in half so they fit in toaster.


Ingredients: Organic brown rice flour, organic tapicoa flour, organic honey, organic sunflower oil, guar gum, fresh yeast, organic cider vinegar, certified sea salt, organic eggs, filtered living water. PLUS (in each variation): organic crushed garlic (Garlic Flattie); organic rosemary (Focaccia Rosemary Flattie); or sea salt (Turkish Flattie).
