Organic Polenta is made by coarsely stone-milling the yellow corn (maize) kernel into a gritty-textured meal, then sifting out the bran and flour. Polenta is very quick to cook and is naturally free from gluten. Polenta is used in traditional Italian slow cooked dishes, but with this quick-cook variety you can make your favourite recipes in just a few minutes.
