Ceylon Lemongrass has grown naturally in the spice gardens of Ceylon from ancient times. Our Lemongrass is rich in folate and has a ‘lemony’ aroma and strong citrus taste.
Carefully harvested lemon grass stems are sundried naturally and milled to make this powder.
Adds a rich savoury citrus flavour to any dish – soup, stews or curry. Can even be used in a smoothie or mixed into a herbal tea.
