This pleasant tasting yeast can be readily dissolved in water, milk, fruit or vegetable juices. These flakes are also the ideal condiment to sprinkle on soups, stews, casseroles, toppings, salads and breakfast cereals to enhance flavour.
Try nutritional yeast sprinkled on top of pasta instead of cheese - yum!
