Soya Beans (NZ Grown, GMO Free) - 500g or 1kg
Soya Beans are well known as a great meat substitute for vegetarian and vegan diets due to their high protein content and unique amino acid profile. We like them best slow-cooked, with a range of herbs and spices to make soups and stews. If you like being creative you can make your own soya milk or tofu.
You can make your own soya flour for use in other recipes by boiling, drying and then grinding the beans.
